Are you looking for a fun and educational opportunity on Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2024?

If so, you are invited to participate in Representation Matters: Phase I-The Me That I See, on Monday, January 15th from 11:15 a.m.-3 p.m. at Boys & Girls Club, Buley Campus: 1111 N. Penn St. Muncie, IN 47303 (Doors open at 10:45 a.m. for check- in)

Students who participate in this interactive half-day workshop will have an opportunity to dream about their future, learn creative ways to use their words, create SMART Goals and their own personal mission statement.

Additionally, attendees will be invited to participate in the MLK Day History Facts Challenge. (Details will be provided during the event)

Representation Matters is presented in six phases. Phase I: The Me That I See! Phase II: I AM Project! Phase III: I AM Expo! Phase IV: If I Can See Me and Phase V: The 3C's (Confidence, Character & Commitment) which includes the youth video project. Each phase requires registration.
